Cleaning up a national brand.
Malcolm Pirnie, an environmental engineering firm, now an Arcadis company, faced an identity crisis: disparate, uncoordinated promotional materials created independently by its 50 nationwide offices. Pirnie asked us to develop guidelines that were easy to understand and implement. We redesigned the firm’s collateral, advertising and digital properties. We then created a comprehensive manual for Pirnie’s internal marketing department, including non-designers, that allowed them to create consistent, more impactful communications. This had a positive impact on Pirnie’s bottom line, as it significantly reduced its dependence on outside consultants.
